Terms of Service
1. Agreement and eligibility
By logging in or sending us your details, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use LucidACO.
- LucidACO is operated by Geo, referred to here as “we” and “us”.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You may only submit retailer accounts, payment methods and addresses that are yours or that you have permission to use.
2. The service and your authorization
LucidACO is a digital service that attempts to complete retailer checkouts for you during product releases. We do not sell, ship or hold products. Your order is placed with the retailer in your name, and the retailer fulfils it.
By sending us your details for a retailer, you authorize us to use them to sign in to that retailer as you and attempt checkouts there. This includes account logins, authenticator keys, addresses and payment methods. The authorization lasts until you ask us to stop.
We do not guarantee that any checkout attempt will succeed, or that we will attempt every release.
3. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate, complete information, and send updated details in a Discord ticket when anything changes.
- Follow the rules listed on each retailer’s tab in your dashboard. Orders lost or accounts and cards blocked because a rule was not followed are your responsibility.
- Keep enough available funds or credit on the payment methods you submit.
- Do not submit accounts or cards that are stolen or used without the owner’s permission. We end service immediately if we suspect this.
- Keep your Discord account secure. Anything sent from your account is treated as coming from you.
4. Fees
The only charge for LucidACO is the Pay After Success (PAS) fee.
- Each product has its own PAS fee, posted before the release.
- A fee is owed once the retailer confirms an order we placed for you. No confirmed order means no fee.
- When a fee is ready to pay, you get a PAS notice and the fee appears on your dashboard, where you pay it by card through Stripe. Fees are due within 48 hours of the notice.
- If the retailer cancels a confirmed order before it ships, the PAS fee for that order is refunded.
- If a fee is unpaid after the deadline, we may pause or end your service.
- PAS fees are otherwise non-refundable.
5. Retailer risks and charges
Retailers set their own rules, and many restrict automated purchasing. By using LucidACO you accept these risks:
- A retailer may cancel an order, limit purchases, or restrict or close your account.
- A card issuer may decline, flag or block a card.
- Prices, taxes, shipping costs and stock are set by the retailer and can change without notice.
Every charge a retailer makes for an order placed under your authorization is yours to pay. Returns, refunds, shipping problems and disputes about the product are between you and the retailer.
We use your payment methods only to attempt checkouts you have authorized. If you see a charge you believe we had no permission to make, open a ticket in our Discord server right away.
6. Your information
- On this website we keep only your Discord username and ID, the checkouts we record for you, and your PAS fees and payments. Card payments for PAS are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number. You never enter retailer logins, authenticator keys, addresses or payment cards on this website.
- In Discord tickets you send us the details we need to check out for you, which may include your name, contact details, addresses, retailer account logins, authenticator keys and payment details.
- How we use it: only to run checkouts for you, contact you about orders and fees, and keep records of fees owed.
- Who sees it: only Geo and anyone working for LucidACO who needs it to run your checkouts. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else, except where the law requires.
- How long we keep it: the details from your ticket stay in our checkout software so you do not resubmit for each release. We delete them when you ask us to stop by opening a ticket in our Discord server. We also clear all entries from time to time and ask every customer to resubmit.
- How to stop: open a ticket in our Discord server. After you stop, change your retailer passwords and remove the authenticator app from your Amazon account.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee it will never be accessed without permission.
7. No guarantees and limits on liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for missed releases, failed or cancelled orders, actions by retailers or card issuers, price changes, or lost profits.
- Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the PAS fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
8. Ending the service
You can stop at any time by opening a ticket in our Discord server. Fees for orders already confirmed remain owed. We may refuse, pause or end service to anyone at any time, including for unpaid fees or a breach of these terms.
9. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms. The new version is posted on this site with its date and applies to releases after that date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. For questions or requests, open a ticket in our Discord server.
